Accessibility Information

We want to ensure that every guest has a safe and enjoyable experience:

  • Non-Ambulant & Wheelchair Access:
    • Guests must have full upper body strength, including head and neck control, and be able to brace against ride forces.
    • This ride is not suitable for non-ambulant riders due to evacuation procedures.
    • Access to the platform requires climbing 34 steps and a 100m walk.
    • Riders must be able to board and exit the boat on a slow-moving platform (the platform cannot be stopped for boarding).
  • Limb Differences:
    • Riders must have all four full limbs to ride safely.

  • Evacuation Procedures:
    • In the unlikely event of evacuation, riders may need to exit via a ladder.
